Training
These packages provide the client with tailored training to upskill their knowledge in CACFP or Food safety in child and adult care settings.
- Dietrich Master Class- participants will learn how to document for success in the CACFP program. (Virtual or in-person minimum 25)
- Food Safety Training(2 hours) – participants will learn the food safety basics and have an opportunity to earn a ServSafe food handlers card (in-person minimum 10)
- Food Management Training (7 hours) – participants learn about food safety management and will have the opportunity to earn a ServSafe Manager’s certification (in-person minimum 10)
Compliance Monitoring and Oversight
These packages provide the client with monitoring options to help improve their oversight of the program or food safety.
- CACFP Assessment- provide the client with an objective insight into their program operation to create best practices.
- Food Safety Assessment- provide the client with a detailed report concerning best practices in serving highly susceptible people.
- On-going monitoring- provide the client with an on-going monitoring service of the CACFP program
Risk Management Planning
These packages provide the client with an evaluation of potential risks in CAFP management or food safety.
- CACFP – provide the client with an assessment of potential risks in review findings and internal controls. We assist the client in developing a plan of correction.
- Food Safety- provide the client with an assessment of potential inspection violations. We assist the client in developing a plan of correction.
